My name is Arno Becker from Germany. This preamp is my first " Pass Project " and it was just a hard piece of work ( nearly one year ). Here are some details of my Aleph P:

- 220VA Transformer

- 3 x 3300 uF Caps ( bypassed with Mundorf Caps a the bottom of the Pcbs ) for power supply - in / out caps are 10uF Blackgates

- using PIC 16F628 for controlling 12 relais - 255 positions

( Software for the Pic: Til from diyaudio.com )

- as closed as possible matched resistors for volume control

- 1 XLR / 1 RCA for in- and output

- just power switch, power led and volume control and the front

.... and sound .... excellent ....

My next Project will be two mono blocks: Aleph X ( 100w Version )
