I was a senior in high school the
year the A40 article was published. I had forgotten how wonderful
recorded music can sound. Here are a few photos of my completed project.
I incorporated a trim pot for R11 so that I could adjust the bias due to
not using the original ouchput devices. I also incorporated CRC
filtering in the power supply. It's biased to 40 watts and clips at
about 82 due to the extra 10 volts on each rail. Thanks for all of your
