I
was a senior in high school the year the A40 article was published.
I had forgotten how wonderful recorded music can sound. Here are a few
photos of my completed project. I incorporated a trim pot for R11 so
that I could adjust the bias due to not using the original ouchput devices.
I also incorporated CRC filtering in the power supply. It's biased to
40 watts and clips at about 82 due to the extra 10 volts on each rail.
